Internship Program

InWave's Internship Program is a cornerstone of our work. Interns are given meaningful roles that support the organization’s daily operations and special projects. Depending on interest and skill set, interns may contribute to communications, research, event planning, strategic development,  or team coordination, gaining real-world experience in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

What To Expect

As an InWave intern, you’re stepping into more than a title; you’re joining a movement rooted in community, culture, and connection. While this is a voluntary, unpaid internship, the experience you gain is deeply rewarding and purpose-driven. InWave began as a grassroots effort to make Korean culture accessible to all. Today, we continue  to grow, thanks in large part to the dedication of passionate individuals like you. Interns play a vital role in making our programming impactful, inclusive, and forward-thinking.
