Road To KoreaFest Details

Submission Process

Once applications open, complete the provided submission form with team/performer details and submit your video for review.
- Video format must be a link to YouTube video (MP4 or MOV Upload ONLY)
- Applicants must consent to having their video shared publicly on InWave platforms for competition purposes.

Acceptance Process:

First-Come, First-Served. We are accepting 10 soloists, 15 small groups, and 15 large group submissions on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will open on Sunday, November 1st, 2026 at 8 pm and will close on Friday, November 6th, 2026 at 8 pm.
Payment is required to participate in this competition. The application fee is $10 USD per person and can be sent via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. Payment must be made upon application submittal.
You will receive a confirmation email from the InWave Competition Team for official acceptance into the Road to KoreaFest competition.
- If your video/information is flagged due to lack of adherence to the submission guidelines, you will need to resubmit your video/information to InWave via InWaveCompetition@gmail.com. Applicants must submit by the given due date, or you/your team will be automatically disqualified.

Judging Process:

Accepted applicants will have their video uploaded for public voting. The highest public votes will determine the winner of each category. Voting information will be released soon!

Grand Prize:

Winners of Road to KoreaFest will receive free entry (no application fee) in our KoreaFest 2027 Competition! This competition is judged by world-renowned choreographers and our Headlining Artist(s).
