First time attending KoreaFest? No problem! Even if you have attended in previous years, a refresher never hurts! Below, we have put together a manual detailing where to check in, what check-in will look like, and what entering and exiting will look like.

Maps & Schedule

Navigating KoreaFest can be difficult at times due to its size and the volume of people. To make your day at KoreaFest seamless, we have created a downloadable map, as well as our schedule to bring with you! Our schedule will also be shown on a screen during the event!

Entering The Venue

Parking is free and abundant around the Agri Supply Expo Center! When entering KoreaFest, you should enter through the main entrance, marked on the map above.

Bag Check

All KoreaFest attendees are required to participate in a bag check upon every entry, as well as go through a metal detector. This ensures the safety of all KoreaFest attendees. Click here to view bag requirements, ticket prices, and more.

Wristbanding

After entering, please move to your respective table to receive your wristband(s). Click here to see which table you should receive wristbands at. If you need to buy a ticket at the venue, please make sure to visit the ticket booth!

After receiving your wristbands, enjoy the food, merchandise, culture and amazing artists!

General Admission

General Admission ticket holders who purchased their tickets online should check in at the "Ticket Check" table to receive their GA wristband. 

Need to buy a ticket? Please go to the ticket booth.

 

Tickets purchased at the door will be: 

  • TBD for adults

  • TBD for children ages 6-12 (children 5 and under get in free)

  • TBD for Seniors and Military with a valid Military ID

Contestants

Contestant check-in will begin as early as 7 am. Contestants should then receive their wristbands from the table labeled "Contest Check-In" in the corner of the lobby.

 

Following check in, all contestants will still be required to undergo a bag check as well as go through a metal detector. Please keep this in mind when choosing and packing a bag for KoreaFest!

Meet & Greet Ticket Holders 

VIP Ticket Holders will receive their GA wristband at the "Ticket Check" table. To check-in for M&G wristband, please go to the table labeled "Meet & Greet Check-In". 


If you bought a ticket for someone else (a minor or a friend), you will need to check into the event with them. We will be unable to verify who the ticket belongs to if you check-in separately.  


If you bought a ticket under a nickname, we will still be able to validate tickets using the last name you put on your ticket.

Press, Media, Vendors & Influencers

Press & Media volunteers should arrive at the will call table by 10 am to receive their wristbands, lanyards, and t-shirts.

Influencers should check-in with will call to receive their lanyard, wristband and voucher(s).

Vendors should check-in at will call and will be guided to their booth by an InWave team member.

General Rules 

We want to keep everyone safe and happy during KoreaFest. In order to do so,​ we have a couple of important rules that all KoreaFest attendees need to follow. For more specific rules and guidelines please visit our FAQ.

Camera Rules

Cell phones, Digital camera/point-and-shoot cameras are allowed! This rule extends to the meet and greets as well. 1:1 or 1:4 Pictures will only be taken on these devices.

 

Professional cameras (tripods included), DSLRs, Camcorders, any cameras with detachable/interchangeable lenses, & polaroids are prohibited.

 

Look to our Instagram for visuals of camera types that are allowed/banned!

Bag Policy

Bags over 12x12 inch dimensions will not be allowed inside the venue. We will be conducting a bag check at the time of entry. We encourage clear bags and small handbags.

Age Restrictions

For safety reasons, those under the age of 16 need to have an adult accompany them.

Food or Drink

Sealed drinks or snacks are permitted for those with medical conditions! Rest assured, there will be lots of varying food and drink vendors inside the venue!
